LETTINGS AT RELIANCE ESTATES

Step 1: Visit the property

A member of the team will visit you at the property and gather information, pictures and measurements to create the best possible advert when it comes to marketing.

We will need to know the type of tenant you are looking for and the service we can provide.

Step 2: Marketing & Viewings
Your property is now live online and viewings need to be booked, we will ask a handful of questions to ensure the prospective tenant is right before the viewing takes place and to avoid unnecessary time wasting. Once we have found someone suitable and your approval has been submitted we will begin referencing.

Step 3: Moving in & Paperwork
If all the references are clear, a move in date will be settled and the appropriate documentation (Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and Inventory) will be provided.

At no stage, will Reliance Estates take any action involving curtail matters without full consent and understating from the Landlord.

– Digital & written Inventory (over 200 pictures of the entire property)
– Quarterly Inspections (written report from property manager will be provided)
– Rent Guarantee and Rent protection* (making sure your rent is there no matter what)
– Monthly / Yearly statements (posted or emailed for your accounting purposes)
– Full Referencing & Credit checks (the tenant is checked thoroughly for your security)
