With 16 years of experience across the property industry, Luke has built a broad understanding of residential property, development, planning, commercial property, lettings, management and the local market.

Luke built Reliance Estates from the ground up and remains closely involved in the day-to-day direction of the company.

His experience spans everything from individual residential transactions and landlord portfolios through to development, planning and commercial property matters.

Having worked across the area for many years, Luke brings extensive local knowledge alongside a practical understanding of the wider property market.

Mia began her career in property management two years ago and has quickly established herself as a highly capable and driven member of the Reliance team.

She completed a residential property management qualification with a high Merit and has developed a strong understanding of the day-to-day requirements involved in professionally managing residential property.

Mia is known for her communication, organisation and determination, whether she is dealing with landlords, tenants, inspections, maintenance or ongoing tenancy matters.

Her approachable but professional style makes her a key point of contact for many of Reliance Estates’ managed properties.

Kayleen brings energy, determination and a strong sense of urgency to every property she works with.

Highly motivated and naturally organised, she prides herself on making the process of bringing a property to market as quick and straightforward as possible for her clients.

From preparing the property details and coordinating photography through to arranging the listing and launching the marketing, Kayleen is able to take a property from instruction to market within hours where circumstances allow.

Her focus is simple: move quickly, communicate clearly, and make sure the client receives a responsive service from the very beginning.

Ami is one of the people keeping everything behind the scenes running smoothly.

With more than 10 years of office and administrative experience, she helps keep the Reliance diary organised, maintenance works scheduled and the wider team moving in the right direction.

From coordinating appointments and administration to helping manage contractor schedules and the everyday demands of a busy property office, Ami provides the structure that keeps everything together.
