Prepare
We begin by understanding the property, the landlord’s requirements and how the home should be positioned within the local rental market. This gives us a clear plan before the property is launched.

Present
Strong presentation helps attract the right applicants. Our marketing service can include:

- Carefully prepared property particulars
The imagery and description present the property accurately and professionally.

Advertise
The property is marketed across the major online property platforms used by prospective tenants. We can also support the marketing through Reliance Estates’ own digital and social media channels.

Handle enquiries
Our team manages incoming interest, responds to enquiries and discusses the property with prospective tenants, helping identify suitable applicants before viewings progress.
The aim is not simply to generate enquiries. It is to find the right tenant for the property.

Viewings
We coordinate and conduct property viewings and deal with the follow-up communication afterwards. Where appropriate, we gather relevant information about the prospective tenant’s position and interest before progressing an application.

Reference
Applicants progressing towards a tenancy undergo comprehensive referencing and the appropriate Right to Rent checks. This due diligence helps provide the landlord with a clearer understanding of the proposed tenant before the tenancy is agreed.

Prepare the paperwork
Once the tenancy is agreed, our team prepares and coordinates the relevant documentation. This can include the appropriate:
- Tenancy agreement
- Tenant information
- Deposit arrangements

- Move-in documentation

Set up the tenancy
We coordinate the final steps before occupation: organising the tenancy information, putting agreed arrangements in place and making sure landlord and tenant understand the next steps. The aim is a clear and organised start.
